Weaving Calm offers weaving sessions, studio memberships, packages, retreats, events, and related studio experiences.
All offerings are subject to availability. Descriptions of services are provided in good faith and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any offering with reasonable notice.
Session schedules, workshops, and events may occasionally change due to instructor availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
If a session or event is cancelled by Weaving Calm, guests will receive either:
• account credit
• rescheduling priority
• or a refund where appropriate.
Most Weaving Calm sessions require a minimum of two guests in order to proceed.
If fewer than two guests are registered for a session, Weaving Calm reserves the right to:
• proceed with the session at our discretion
• reschedule the booking to another available session
• or issue an account credit or refund.
Whenever possible, guests will be notified in advance if a session does not meet minimum enrollment.
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Weaving Calm reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.
Payment is processed securely at the time of purchase through our booking system. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.
By submitting payment, you authorize Weaving Calm to charge the stated amount to your chosen payment method.
Membership plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated.
Your membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
To cancel your membership, written notice must be provided at least 7 days before your next billing date. Cancellation requests submitted after this window may result in one additional billing cycle before cancellation takes effect.
No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
Founding Membership rates are honored for as long as the membership remains active.
If membership lapses or is cancelled, re-enrollment will occur at the current published rate.
Membership credits are intended for regular monthly use and do not roll over unless otherwise specified in writing.
Credits may be used to register guests when permitted through the booking system.

• Special events
• Gift cards
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time may incur a rescheduling fee or forfeiture of the session.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows are considered attended sessions.
Session packages are non-refundable once purchased.
Packages may be transferred or credited at the discretion of Weaving Calm.
Packages are valid only for the offering specified at purchase. For example, 90-minute session packages cannot be applied to half-day or full-day experiences.

We understand that life happens. If you experience illness, injury, or an emergency, please contact us directly and we will work with you to find a fair resolution whenever possible.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to participate in seated weaving activities.
If you have mobility concerns or physical limitations, please contact the studio prior to booking.
Guests are encouraged to arrive 5–10 minutes before their scheduled session to allow time to settle in and begin the experience without rushing.
Because sessions begin together and looms are prepared in advance, late arrivals may have reduced weaving time.
If a guest arrives more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, Weaving Calm may not be able to accommodate participation for that session. In this case, the booking may be considered an attended session.
Whenever possible, please contact the studio if you anticipate being delayed.
Weaving Calm is designed as a quiet, restorative studio environment. Guests are expected to help maintain a respectful and calm atmosphere.
Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the studio without refund.
All studio looms, tools, and materials remain the property of Weaving Calm and must remain on-site unless part of a designated program.
Outside yarn or materials are not permitted during standard sessions unless previously approved.
Weaving Calm provides looms, tools, and materials for use during studio sessions. Guests are asked to handle all equipment with reasonable care and follow any guidance provided during the session.
Normal use of equipment is expected and understood. However, guests may be responsible for repair or replacement if damage occurs due to misuse, neglect, or failure to follow studio instructions.
If any equipment issue occurs during your session, please notify the instructor so it can be addressed promptly.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Forgotten items will be held for a limited period.
By purchasing and participating in any session or studio activity offered by Weaving Calm, you acknowledge that physical activity carries inherent risks.
You confirm that you are in suitable physical condition to participate and agree to inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations prior to participation.
Weaving Calm is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in our services.
It is your responsibility to consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new wellness or creative activity.
From time to time, Weaving Calm may photograph studio spaces, weaving projects, or general studio activity for promotional or educational purposes.
No identifiable images of guests will be used without permission.
Guests are welcome to photograph their own weaving work during sessions, provided it does not disrupt the calm studio environment or the experience of others.
